The Post-Weekend Workout I Didn’t Want To Do

This isn’t aesthetic.

It’s not “that girl” vibes.

It’s the stair climber I forced myself onto — after a weekend that wasn’t perfect, a night of trash sleep, and every excuse that could’ve made sense.

But this version of me?

She shows up anyway.

Not for aesthetics.

Not for a checkmark.

But because I know what it feels like to start over again and again… and I’m done being that girl.

So I kept the promise to myself.

Even if it was messy.

Even if I blasted music just to get through it.

Even if I moved slower than usual.

Because the girl I’m becoming?

She deserves that kind of follow-through.
