I tried everything & nothing worked

I felt like I had tried everything and nothing ever worked.

Mental health meds are such a personal journey, and I want to share mine in case anyone else is feeling frustrated. I’m currently on Effexor as my main antidepressant, combined with Wellbutrin and Abilify at night, and this mix has finally helped me feel balanced, stable, and more like myself.
