If you can relate my page is for you

There was a season of my life where I genuinely thought

“Maybe this is just my 30s.”

The anxiety at night.

The puffiness in the morning.

The brain fog.

The crashes.

The constant need for caffeine just to feel halfway human.

I blamed stress.

I blamed getting older.

I blamed myself.

But it wasn’t a discipline problem.

It wasn’t that I needed to try harder.

My nervous system was fried.

My cortisol was elevated.

My body was stuck in survival mode.

And no one was talking about it.

Once I stopped fighting my body and started supporting it the right way, everything shifted.

My sleep improved.

My inflammation went down.

My energy came back.

My body finally responded again.

If you’re reading this and thinking “this is literally me”

comment RESET and I’ll message you what I personally did. For the fastest response please message me on IG! (TheCortisolCode)

And follow @TheCortisolCode if you’re done guessing with your hormones and ready to actually regulate your body.

... Read moreMany women in their 30s experience unexplained fatigue, anxiety at night, and brain fog, often assuming these symptoms are just part of aging or stress. From my experience, these signs often signal that your body’s nervous system is overwhelmed and your cortisol—the stress hormone—is persistently elevated, keeping your body stuck in survival mode. This state not only disrupts sleep but also causes inflammation and a dependence on caffeine just to get through the day. The turning point came when I stopped blaming myself and overexerting my willpower. Instead, I focused on nurturing my nervous system — through mindful relaxation techniques like deep breathing and gentle yoga, improved sleep hygiene, and reducing stimulants that spike cortisol levels. Incorporating anti-inflammatory foods and prioritizing self-care helped lower my inflammation and balanced my hormones more effectively than any quick fix. It's important to realize this isn’t a discipline issue but a biological signal that your body needs support. By understanding the connection between cortisol, nervous system function, and symptoms like morning puffiness and energy crashes, many women can take control of their health rather than accept these challenges as ‘normal.’ If you feel like your body has betrayed you, the first step is to listen and respond to its needs with compassion and science-backed habits that reset your system. Reaching out for guidance or connecting with communities focused on hormone health and nervous system reset can provide essential support and accountability. Remember, this phase is fixable, and with informed care, your energy and wellbeing can make a lasting comeback.

you read that list and thought, “Wait… that is literally me,” I need you to hear this: You are not lazy. You are not dramatic. You are not “just tired.” You are burnt out. And when burnout has been building for months or years, it shows up in ways that feel random. Exhaustion, irritabi

I spent so long thinking something was wrong with me. Why I kept gaining weight in my stomach and face no matter what I ate. Why I woke up more tired than when I went to bed. Why my anxiety was through the roof. Why I snapped over the smallest things. Why I felt overstimulated by everything.

Ever avoid replying to texts for days even when you want to? 😅 Same bestie. But here’s what I wish more women knew: It’s not because you’re a bad friend. It’s not because you’re lazy or flaky. It’s because your nervous system is stuck in survival mode. When your cortisol is high and your
