i know, i know. you’re doing everything right.

you wake up, you have your matcha or your green juice, maybe some fruit, you take your vitamins. you’re trying.

but if you’re STILL exhausted, still bloated, still holding weight you can’t lose, still anxious before the day even starts… your morning routine might actually be spiking your cortisol without you even knowing it.

high sugar “healthy” drinks first thing in the morning. skipping protein. caffeine on an empty stomach. these things send your cortisol through the roof before 9am.
