1.Eat enough protein. Your hormones are literally built from it.
2.Stop skipping meals. The blood sugar rollercoaster destroys your hormones.
3.Get morning sunlight within 30 minutes of waking. It resets your entire hormonal clock.
4.Reduce inflammatory foods. What you eat either feeds your hormones or fights them.
5.Sleep like it’s your job. This is when progesterone and growth hormone restore.
6.Walk daily. It lowers cortisol better than intense workouts when you’re stressed.
7.Cut back on alcohol. Even 2 drinks disrupts estrogen clearance.
8.Protect your cortisol. When stress hormones are high, everything else tanks.
9.Support your liver. It filters out excess hormones and most women never think about this.
10.Stop white-knuckling it with willpower alone. Your body needs real support.
I did all of this and still felt off… tired, puffy, moody, and stuck.
