💜 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:

We must save this guy! He is incredibly sweet and friendly. When I opened the door, I wasn’t sure if he could walk even on three legs and his tail would not stop wagging and hitting the side of the kennel. He gave me loads of kisses. I did put a leash on him just in case, and this guy was such determination, dragged himself out of his kennel, and then proceeded to lay on my feet and look up at me, just wagging his tail as if to say thank you thank you for the love thank you for the kindness. He did manage to finally get up and hobble right back into his kennel. He’s a very sweet boy and if all he needs his cage rest, he would be a dream foster while he recovers. We added more pictures after the x-rays.

Swaying on hind ernd, possible broken rear legs/pelvis. Abrasions on front right

carpus. Found on side of road, suspected HBC.

- significant soft tissue swelling of left hindlimb with bruising of medial aspect

- nonweight bearing lame of right hindlimb

A: - subluxation of left iliosacral junction

P: - recommend cage restriction for 6-8 weeks. recommend ortho consultation

- carprofen 100mg SID x 10 days

- gabapentin 300mg BID x 10 days
