If you talk about Zhengbin Fishing Harbor in Jilong, Taiwan, many people would think of the colourful "Rainbow Building" as a popular photo corner, but for real foodies like us, the only thing not to miss is "Seafood Restaurant 35," which is known for its freshness and deliciousness!
We had the opportunity to visit the 35 store, which is not far from the Rainbow Pier, and what made this meal so fascinating was the "sand shrimp" menu (or any shrimp that is particularly fresh here)!
Just seeing the raw materials lined up in the cupboard, you immediately know that they are not fresh! But when "sand shrimp" is cooked out...Oh, the goodness through mercury! Shrimp meat is tight, bouncy, natural luscious, without much flavoring, it's really delicious, it can't stop! It's a taste of freshness from the sea that's really hard to find.
Apart from "sand shrimp," other menus like fried rice or sashimi are equally fresh. Shop 35 is more than just a restaurant, but a great recharge after a tired walk. The important thing is that the price is very friendly! It's worth a lot more.
