relationship with your body
your relationship with self, the most important one you’ll ever have. I’m 3 days away from my period, and wondering why I feel so bloated. I look at myself in the mirror from the front and wonder why I hate the side. I feel so defined and toned and hate every bit of my image the next minute. it’s a life long process, but may we learn to treat ourselves with the upmost love and respect. this is the only body we’ll get, may we learn to be kind to it ❤️ #bodypositive #bodypositivity #bodydysmorphia #selflove
Your body undergoes numerous changes and cycles, making it normal to feel different each week or even daily. Understanding that fluctuations in your appearance are part of life can be liberating. Focus on the incredible things your body does for you and practice gratitude for your physical self. Self-acceptance is key; it encourages you to celebrate your uniqueness and develop a positive self-image. Share your journey towards self-love with others and embrace the support of communities focused on body positivity. Remember, taking care of your body isn't just about appearance, but also about nurturing your mental well-being. By aligning your self-image with self-compassion, you can foster a healthier relationship with both your mind and body, leading to greater happiness and fulfillment.
