Early pregnancy symptoms I experienced

My first trimester was definitely not for the week. I experienced a lot of :

•nausea - especially if I wasn’t constantly snacking, •fatigue - especially if I wasn’t drinking a lot of water and taking my daily prenatal(they also help with nausea if you take at night),

•insomnia - I could never stay asleep and if I did sleep, I had the most vivid weird dreams that will wake me up

•slight cramping - warm water with honey sometimes helped if not having a heating pad on my feet

•sore body - I usually will keep my legs warm, but never stomach. My back was honestly the hardest thing to figure out how to stop it from hurting is bad.
