A gentle reminder that how you talk to yourself matters, especially during the challenging moments or moments where you may be feeling a more negative outlook.
Your thoughts can shape your reality.
You begin to have negative thoughts such as “I am not good enough.” What do you do? Probably not act forward with intention.
As I reflect on these past few weeks, there have been many challenging moments so I wanted to share some “I am” statements that I have used as reminders along the way to keep growing forward with intention.
🌱 I am open to learning from both my successes and my challenges.
🌱 I am creating space for rest without guilt.
🌱 I am showing up for myself with compassion and consistency.
🌱 I am choosing courage over comfort when growth calls for it.
🌱 I am grounded in the present moment, even as I move towards my goals.
🌱 I am making decisions that align with my values, not just my fears.
🌱 I am releasing the need to company my journey to anyone else’s.
