Why Plants Make Me Happy🌿

There’s something about surrounding myself with greenery that just changes my whole mood. Plants give me routine, presence, and a reason to slow down in a world that moves way too fast.

🌿 Caring for them is self-care. Watering, repotting, or just checking on new leaves keeps me grounded and mindful.

☀️ They connect me to the seasons. Even inside, I notice shifts in light and growth that make me feel closer to nature.

🪴 They bring life into every corner. Each plant tells a story. Some I’ve propagated, some gifted, some rescued, and watching them thrive feels like growth I get to share in.

💚 They soften the hard days. My plants never ask for much, but they give me back so much peace in return.

When I walk through my space and see leaves unfurling or blooms opening, it reminds me that growth doesn’t happen all at once , it happens quietly, a little every day.
