Starting physio ~ road to recovery ✨
After receiving my MRI results & diagnosis, I’ve started physiotherapy sessions and have daily exercises as ‘homework’. I think the hardest part is not the exercises, but the commitment to complete them everyday, regardless of how my day has been. What has helped me so far: ➡️ Record video

My first MRI experience..
So I’ve always posted about having hip / sciatica / nerve pains but i’ve never actually gotten a formal diagnosis.. from a young age I’ve always been told NOT to go to the doctors bc the ‘solution’ will either be to go through surgery or physio, in which case u might as well go physio directly.

Cardio w more upper body 💫
We know of many lower-body dominant cardio exercises out there (running, incline walk, cycling), but cardio that involves more upper body movement isn’t as common. With my recent injuries I’m q restricted to what i can do w my lower body, so here are 2 exercises that includes more upper body ➡️
