Lower body progress | 2 yrs
I don’t take many progress pics, so it was rly hard to find pics with a similar angle.. these are from Aug 2023 -> Dec 2025 (a little over 2 years!) The difference is not that significant, but i’m so happy w my progress! I think my lower body has built more muscles while still looking toned.

JB food review: Hanam BBQ
Tried 하남돼지집_HANAM BBQ @ R&F Mall for the first time over the weekends! They also have outlets at Sutera & KSL, but we went to the R&F mall one which was very near CIQ. Meat: ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 ✔️ we had pork collar-butt, jowl, skirt, blade & intestines! Good quality and delicious meat ✔
