Don’t read into it too much 📖

2025/10/6 Edited to

... Read moreLately, I've been reflecting on how we sometimes get caught up in the negatives of things we enjoy, like reading or certain foods. For instance, after coming across articles highlighting the harmful effects of eating too much cheese, I decided to stop eating it myself. This personal choice wasn’t easy because cheese had been part of my daily diet, but it also made me realize how much we tend to overthink or twist simple things into bigger concerns than they really are. Reading is one such habit. I often find myself wondering if I'm spending too much time with a book or if I'm letting certain opinions affect my enjoyment. But my experience shows that it's important not to get too twisted or taboo about normal behaviors or preferences. It’s healthier to enjoy things in moderation and trust your own judgment rather than obsessing over what “experts” say. So, whether it’s about foods like cheese or hobbies like reading, try to find your personal balance. Don't let models or labels twist your perception. Instead, listen to your body and mind, and enjoy life’s simple pleasures without guilt or overthinking.

Ever heard of "banned books"? They're the ones that sparked outrage, controversy, and even fear. Some were considered too dangerous, too radical, or too revealing. But here's the thing... they're also often the most thought-provoking, eye-opening, and downright fascinating reads
