BLT Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps

It’s quick, simple, and a low carb twist on a BLT! I’m sure you already have these ingredients in your fridge so give it a try!!!

BLT Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps 🥗

Ingredients:

5 Romaine Lettuce Leaves

5 Eggs, Hard boiled

3-4 Strips Cooked Bacon, Crumbled

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Paprika

Salt and Pepper to taste

A Splash of Apple Cider Vinegar

Method:

1. In a small bowl add your chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ACV, and seasonings. Mix well.

2. Take your egg mixture and spoon it on each lettuce wrap evenly.

3. Top with cherry tomatoes and crumbled bacon.

Sprinkle extra black pepper and serve chilled! Enjoy!! 😊
