Chicken Wontons (Crispy and Delicious Recipe)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
2. Take a wonton wrapper and place about a teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal tightly.
3. Heat oil in a deep skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (180°C).
4. Fry the wontons in batches for about 2-3 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet or fryer.
5. Remove the wontons from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
6. Serve the crispy and delicious chicken wontons hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
