When they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day it truly is, especially if you’re trying to set the tone and hit your goals. If you’re trying to hit 120+ grams of protein in a day but skipping breakfast then you’re already behind.
If you’re one of the people who is never hungry when they wake up then your body is probably running off stress (high cortisol levels). I used to be one of those people until I started slowly easing my way into eating more in the morning.

I love making egg bites for my breakfast. Prepping them right now. Add cottage cheese for extra protein. I place them in the blender. It will be fluffy like Starbucks egg bites.
