1️⃣ Prep Your Skin
• Start on clean, dry skin
• Apply face oil or serum (never gua sha dry skin)
• Hold the tool at a 15–30° angle, almost flat
2️⃣ Neck First (Lymph Drainage)
• Always begin here
• Glide upward from collarbone to jaw
• Use gentle pressure
• Repeat 5–10 strokes per side
3️⃣ Jawline & Chin
• Anchor skin with your fingers
• Sweep from chin → ear
• Use the curved side of the tool
• Repeat 5–10 strokes per side
4️⃣ Cheeks (Lift & Sculpt)
• Start at the nose
• Glide outward toward the ear
• Keep pressure light and slow
• Repeat 5–10 strokes
5️⃣ Under Eyes (De-Puff)
• Use the smallest curve
• Glide very gently from inner corner → temple
• 3–5 strokes only (less is more)
6️⃣ Brows & Forehead
• Move from brows upward to hairline
• Then sweep from center → temples
• Helps smooth tension & fine lines
7️⃣ Finish & Lock It In
• Press remaining product into skin
• Optional: mist or moisturizer
• Clean your gua sha after use
