this is some of the things I do eat and drink that are high in protein & help with gut health.

1. Kombucha - has probiotics in it & aids in gut health. It also helps with bloating. TMI (it helps me go to the bathroom) 🥴

2. Protein shake - high in protein! I normally only drink this to substitute it for a snack/meal or after the gym.

3. Olipop/Poppi - great gut health drink that also has probiotics in it. Definitely taste like a soda, without it being soda! I LOVE IT 🥰

4. Yogurt - high in protein as well and also has probiotics in it!

5. Quest Protein Chips - high in protein and a good substitute for hot Cheetos. I use to eat 3/4 bags of hot chips a day, and this brand helped me cut back a lot on them.

6. Protein Chicken Nuggets/Strips - when I have taste for chicken strips or nuggets I eat these! taste just like regular nuggets or strips fr. I LOVE LOVE LOVE ‼️
