Hormone Healthy Coffee Recommendations

If you want healthy hormones, you don’t need to give up coffee.

That’s right.

All the “switch to matcha instead of coffee”. And look I like matcha. But I LOVE coffee.

However, there are certain recommendations to make coffee work FOR you. Not against you.

I personally always choose an organic mold free coffee as coffee is biggie when it comes to mold, even if it’s not visible.

Use high quality sweeteners like honey, maple syrup.

❌ Skip the artifical sweeteners

❌ Skip the artificially flavored creamers with fillers, emulsifiers, etc.

✅ high quality heavy cream of half and half or grass fed organic whole milk

✅ can’t tolerate dairy? Try a high quality coconut milk or milk alternative. Three trees, Malk, & Elmhurst are amazing choices.

Read moreTo maintain hormonal balance while enjoying coffee, consider these recommendations: don't drink coffee on an empty stomach; wait about 90 minutes after waking before indulging; and hydrate with electrolytes beforehand. Additionally, limit caffeine intake to under 300 mg per day, and avoid drinking coffee after 2 PM to ensure restful sleep. Getting sunlight after waking can also support natural cortisol production, enhancing your hormonal health. Choosing high-quality coffee and ingredients is crucial — organic and mold-free options will help avoid toxin exposure. Remember, the right choices can allow coffee to be part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
