Replacing negative self-talk with empowering affirmations was another game changer. Whenever self-doubt crept in, I consciously paused and recited supportive affirmations like "I am capable" and "I attract success," which slowly rewired my inner dialogue. This helped quiet my inner critic and infused a sense of encouragement that motivated me to keep going. The strategy of micro-wins truly helped maintain momentum. Instead of setting giant, intimidating goals, I broke them down into small, manageable steps and celebrated every victory, no matter how minor. This approach reinforced my progress and built trust with my own abilities.
