Soursop leaves benefits
Soursop leaves tea (Annona muricata, graviola) is popular for antioxidants, but evidence is limited and safety is still uncertain in humans. If you try it, start small, keep the dose low, watch for side effects, and don’t use it to treat disease.
Steep 1 tsp dried leaves, 5–8 min.
Drink occasionally, not daily for months.
Stop if dizzy, tingling, or very nauseous.
