Make dandelion root tea
Dandelion root benefits come from the part underground: the taproot (Taraxacum officinale) stores compounds used in teas and roasted “coffee.” It may support digestion and mild fluid balance, but human evidence is limited, so treat it as a food, not a cure.
Scrub roots well; slice thin; dry completely.
Roast until brown for caffeine-free “coffee” flavor.
