The idea that she was "unhappy being second to Adam" or "being controlled in any way, shape, or form" really resonates with me. She seems to embody a powerful drive for "independence, female empowerment, and finding power in your femininity." This deeply ingrained desire for self-identity explains why she wouldn't want to be merely seen as "Lucifer's wife" or "Charlie's mom," but as a powerful entity in her own right, the true Queen of Hell rather than just a consort. This quest for a distinct self-identity, separate from the men in her life, is undoubtedly a core part of her personality. However, this is where things get super intriguing. While she sought independence from Adam, the dynamics with Lucifer are complex. The thought that Lucifer, even as the "King of Hell," might have "unintentionally filled that role" of overshadowing her, simply by being who he is, is fascinating. And then there's the big question that keeps me up at night: why did she separate Charlie from her father? The one scene we're exposed to, where Lilith takes Charlie away from Lucifer, especially after his "shut-in" phase focused on "toy making" and, more specifically, "rubber duckies," is heartbreaking. Was this a "common occurrence"? What was the "purpose of this"? It feels like a calculated move, but for what ultimate goal? Does it tie into her desire to prevent Charlie from being limited by her parents' legacies, or is there a darker, more protective, or even manipulative reason at play? And then, of course, her mysterious disappearance "without a word." For someone so focused on independence, leaving her daughter and husband like that is a huge puzzle. Now, she's suddenly "tasked with stopping Charlie and the progression of the hotel." This feels like a direct contradiction to her earlier portrayal as someone empowering. Could she be the one "controlling Alastor" in some way, as some theories suggest, to achieve her own hidden agenda? Is she working with someone else, perhaps on a grander scheme? Or is her current role a manipulation by a higher power she can't escape? Perhaps her desire to "chill in Heaven" wasn't as simple or as peaceful as it seemed. Her sudden reappearance and seemingly adversarial role are definitely making me question everything I thought I knew about her. Lilith is far from a simple character. Her personality is a complex blend of fierce independence, an unwavering quest for self-defined power, and deeply ambiguous motives regarding her family and the Hazbin Hotel's mission.
