My goal is to stick with it for two weeks and share my honest thoughts and any changes I notice. First off, let's talk about how I'm using chia seeds for weight loss. It's super simple! Every morning, I mix about two tablespoons of chia seeds into a glass of water (around 12-16 ounces). I give it a good stir and then let it sit for about 10-15 minutes until it forms a gel-like consistency. Sometimes I add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a few slices of cucumber for a little extra flavor and detox boost. I aim to drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, hoping it kickstarts my metabolism and keeps me feeling full longer. I've also found it helpful to drink another glass before a larger meal if I feel particularly hungry. Why chia seeds, you ask? From what I've learned, they're packed with fiber – both soluble and insoluble. The soluble fiber forms that gel in water, which is supposed to help you feel satiated, reducing those pesky cravings and overall calorie intake.
