If I ever eat less than 3,000 calories right now I feel sooo inflamed, groggy, and blaaaaah. So I keep eating- not with fear, but with trust in my body and the healing process. (Not scared of fluid fluctuations either.) And it’s awesome that I’m feeling pretty dang good at the same time💪❤️
