DIY #junkbags
Hey guys, this is a bag I got from #shein so I just put a couple of patches on there. I didn’t want much going on this bag, but you guys can see the next bag I’m going to post.
If you enjoy customizing bags, using patches is a fantastic way to add personality without spending a lot. I recently experimented with applying a few carefully chosen patches onto a bag I got from Shein, focusing on minimal decoration to keep it stylish yet simple. One key tip is to select patches that complement each other in style and color, ensuring a cohesive look rather than a cluttered one. In addition to iron-on patches, consider sewing options for durability, especially if you plan to use the bag frequently. The patch material should also be durable enough to withstand daily wear and tear. This method is not only budget-friendly but also allows for endless creativity—from adding playful quotes to vintage-inspired designs. Another idea is to repurpose old clothes or fabric scraps to create your own patches, which adds an eco-friendly aspect to your project. As I’m planning to share more bag transformations soon, I recommend trying out different themes that match your personality—whether it’s minimalist, boho, or punk-inspired. This hands-on approach turns simple bags into standout pieces, perfect for everyday use or gifting to friends. Lastly, if you want to elevate your DIY junkbag game, experimenting with various patch placements and layering patches can create a textured, artistic effect. Enjoy the process and make each bag uniquely yours!
