I haven't missed a Flu Shot since 2017. This year I did... I have been VERY sick. I do recommend these products to get you through cold and flu season. Yes the cup looks dirty because I have been drinking Mullien tea several times a day and it is a "dirty" tea. I have been also doing nasal flushes and drinking A LOT of water.
