It's been quite a while since I last wore press-on nails, so picking up a new set this time felt like refreshing my style with minimal effort. I purchased my nails from Shein, known for their trendy and budget-friendly beauty finds. One key component that caught my attention was the GIAMNETK nail glue (7mL/0.24fl.oz), which came with the set. From my experience, the quality of the adhesive plays a huge role in how well press-ons hold up, especially if you want them to last beyond a couple of days. Applying press-ons can be surprisingly simple if you prepare your natural nails properly — I always start by gently buffing the surface and pushing back cuticles to create a clean base. Using the GIAMNETK glue, I found it dries quickly and provides strong adhesion without too much mess, which is great for beginners. After pressing each nail on firmly for about 10 seconds, I noticed they stayed secure even after regular hand washing and light chores. One tip I’ve learned with press-on nails is to avoid getting them wet for the first hour or two after application to let the glue set completely. Also, if you want to extend wear time, applying a clear top coat over the press-ons can help prevent chipping. Overall, my return to press-ons was easy and enjoyable thanks to the affordable Shein set and reliable GIAMNETK glue. It’s a fun way to change up nail looks quickly without the commitment or expense of salon appointments. If you’re new or coming back after a break, investing in good glue and taking the time for proper prep makes all the difference!

My usual brands have been Kiss, Nail Reformation, Glamnetic butttt I can across @PaintLab months ago and I CANNOT stop using them. Not only they last me for over 4 weeks, they also stay in place without lift. They don’t come off, I normally have to remove them by week 5. They are just underrated.
