These exercises don’t require equipment and can be done anywhere, making them incredibly convenient. Over time, increasing intensity by adding weights or resistance bands can further enhance strength and muscle tone. Consistency is often the biggest challenge. I find that setting realistic goals and tracking progress helps maintain motivation. For example, aiming to complete a 20-minute workout session three times a week is a manageable start for most people. Also, mixing up the routine by trying different moves keeps the experience fresh and reduces the risk of burnout. Nutrition plays a supportive role in getting in shape.
