Loved this trick with my 3️⃣ reflux babies!
After a feed during “play time” it was hard to do tummy time without them spitting it all up 🤮 So,I would do this for a while or put them on their tummy on my chest ☺️ Bonus that it helped with gas as well! However, we do still have to do some real floor tummy time for them to really develop
