💦Then before I go for my morning walk, I always hydrate with electrolytes and have a small snack. Make sure your snack has protein and some carbs.

I love making morning walks, nonnegotiable, because they move your lymphatic system, reset your circadian rhythm, and help facilitate any cleanse! ☀️
