Being diagnosed with Tourette’s Syndrome at a young age, around 3 or 4 years old, has greatly shaped my life and identity. I genuinely do not recall a time without tics; they have been a constant presence from early childhood, making them an integral part of who I am. Sharing my story openly has helped me connect with others facing similar challenges and raise awareness about the condition. Living with twitching and vocal tics can be frustrating and exhausting at times. However, over the years, I have learned coping mechanisms that help me manage these symptoms more effectively.
