The only thing that eases my mind when the world gets too loud....Artist●Painter●Photographer●Poet● Exploring life, time, and spirituality through art. {Abu Rasasa} Forgive but never forget! #Art
When the world feels overwhelming and noisy, I find a unique calm in creative expression. Art, especially in its black and white form, strips away distractions and encourages mindfulness. As an artist, painter, photographer, and poet, I’ve noticed that exploring themes like life’s transient nature, spirituality, and time through visual and written mediums offers more than just creative release—it provides a reflective sanctuary. For instance, black and white art removes the distraction of color, letting me focus on contrast, shadow, and light, which parallels the balance in life and time’s constant flow. Visual poetry blends imagery and words, evoking emotions in a raw, intimate way. This combination of art and poetry lets me communicate feelings often hard to express, creating a personal dialogue with my inner self and viewers. Incorporating forgiveness as a life principle also plays a crucial role in my creative journey. Forgiving but never forgetting allows me to learn from experiences and channel those lessons into soulful artworks. It deepens the narrative power and emotional resonance of my pieces. Engaging in this creative process has taught me that art is not only about aesthetics but also about connecting with something greater than oneself. It’s a spiritual quest, an exploration of time’s impact on human emotion and memory. For those facing life's noise and pressures, art can be a mindful retreat—helping to see beyond chaos, encouraging peace, and nurturing the soul.
