The only thing that eases my mind when the world gets too loud....Artist●Painter●Photographer●Poet● Exploring life, time, and spirituality through art. {Abu Rasasa} Forgive but never forget! #Art
Art has always been my refuge when the chaos of daily life becomes overwhelming. There’s something deeply therapeutic about expressing emotions and thoughts through multiple creative outlets like painting, photography, and especially poetry. In my experience, black and white art offers a unique clarity and purity, stripping away distractions and allowing the core message and feeling to resonate. One of the most rewarding parts of creating art focused on life and spirituality is how it opens pathways to self-reflection. Exploring the passage of time and the nuances of forgiveness through visual poetry allows me to connect with my inner self and the world around me on a deeper level. It’s not only about sharing what I see or feel but also inviting others to pause and ponder their own journeys. What I find most comforting is the mantra "Forgive but never forget." This principle guides much of my creative expression and encourages mindfulness and growth without losing valuable lessons. Art, for me, becomes both a sanctuary and a storyteller, capturing transient moments of peace amid the noise. If you find yourself overwhelmed, I encourage you to create or simply immerse in art that speaks to your soul. Whether it’s through monochrome sketches, evocative photographic compositions, or thoughtful verses, art has the power to soothe and inspire. Remember, each stroke and word is a step toward healing and understanding yourself better.
