Anyone like us? Like to set a big New Year goal, the end of the year is not successful at all, and then Fel and myself set a new goal, go around like that!
Earlier this year, we tried to adjust the way we set goals, which worked so well, so let's share!
1. Target overview 🎄
It means the highest goal you want to achieve this year, such as ours, wanting to lose 20kg, and other goals, such as reading c books, having a fall of xx.
2. Sub the target into Quarter!! 📅
This is our turning point. When we look at a big goal, we don't know how fast to start doing it. Because the deadline is the end of the year. It has a long time. It makes us change the day indefinitely. January passed. February passed. After a while, the year got nothing.
So I want everyone to take a new target and chop it up into 1 / 4 and divide each quarter.

One Q has three months, divided by less than 2kg a month!!
When looking like this, it feels like hey, it's not difficult.
So we tried it on ourselves, Q1 really lost 5kg, and Q2 wasn't over yet. We dropped another 7kg! It's a lot, but it's really done. Now Q2 still has one month left. I'm determined to do it fully. Start.
3. Recap every end of the month. ✍🏻
Keep track of how you've done it. Maybe it doesn't have to be exactly the same every month, but let's achieve it within q that we've achieved. It's enough. If at the end of the month and feel less done, the next month is darker, that's all.
