24 Lessons at 24 | Part 3

helu zesties 💗🍋

hope yall are doing well, i partied over the weekends it was fun HAHAH

----

hEres part 3 to my 24 lessons series~ 💫💫

13. Read read read, keep an open mind, you don’t know everything

- Reading makes me the happiest tbh but you can learn so much from reading!!

- Not only learning through books but also like articles and random things, knowledge is your greatest asset.

- Read about people, psychology, self help, finances, etc.

14. Debate, talk, express yourself - get good at being who you are so that you can start attracting your type of people

- Don't be afraid to be loud and be yourself

15. Eat healthy, sleep enough, drink water more

- Honestly doing all these keeps bad feelings away usually

- Take vitamins if you need! I take fish oil and probiotics, multi-vitamins sometimes. Probiotics help with my skin and bloating.

16. Start a workout routine

- Just move your body 1-2 times a week, it helps maintain your mood as well as chase those pain away

- I used to have a lot of back aches because i sit down a lot but yoga, aerial yoga and pilates helps with that a lot

17. Create things even if its ugly, just consuming content drains us

- I'm a creative, so this is quite essential.. doing something fun usually helps you with feeling motivated in life again

- Remember stop performing, just do things that make you feel good and fulfilled, when was the last time you did that?

18. Skin care routine

- Research what is good for your skin type

- Describe your skin type to chatgpt and ask it to recommend affordable products to you as well as a skin care regimen!

- Feeling good helps you to increase your confidence and overall wellbeing, it is a form of self love

... Read moreBeyond what I shared in part 3, it’s also key to find joy in conversations that challenge and inspire you. Joining discussions about trending shows or movies, like many do with F1: The Movie, isn’t just entertainment—it’s a way to connect and reflect on how stories keep us engaged with shifting moods and narratives. When I watch a film multiple times, I notice how its tone and excitement either remain steady or evolve, which really affects my overall enjoyment. This applies to life lessons too: staying curious and open-minded helps maintain interest and growth. Also, taking care of yourself physically and mentally goes hand in hand with engaging meaningfully with others. Simple actions like a consistent skin care routine or a few workout sessions can boost confidence and energy, making conversations and daily experiences richer. So, embrace learning, be bold in sharing your voice, and cherish those moments of connection—whether it’s through a book, a workout, or a buzzing conversation everyone’s having. It’s all part of growing into who you want to be at 24 and beyond.

october lessons as a 32 y/o in corporate singapore
December taught me that growth doesn’t always come with noise. Some lessons whisper through exhaustion, waiting, and the courage to pause. Maybe slowing down isn’t falling behind. Maybe it’s catching up to what matters. What did october teach you about your own pace? 🌿
