my first "mail club" & journalling circle?

helu humans 🌻

Hope yall are doing great!!

I have been busy with... building Soulful

a self-discovery ecosystem.

I have always wanted to start a mail club but didn't know what topic it should be about.

With soulful I decided to make it a monthly themed, self-discovery exploration pack with journal prompts and activities~

I'm also hosting a get together for people to attempt their soul notes together! If you love journalling you might be into it. (See 5th slide!)

This months topic is The Desire to Shrink. 💭💭

Why? Read this if you are interested in my story c:

---

You can purchase it from my instagram(@soulful_singapore) tally form link in bio or simply visiting me on 5th July at Scape Level 5.

I will be boothing at "Idea Fest" hosted by @thisisfireplace! Its a community of builders coming together to show case their 2am messy ideas.

... Read moreStarting a mail club focused on self-discovery and journalling is such a fulfilling way to connect with others and deepen your own personal growth journey. From my experience, themed exploration packs like those in the 'Soulful' ecosystem provide gentle prompts that inspire reflection without pressure, making it easier to open up and be honest with yourself. The theme "The Desire to Shrink" resonates deeply for many because it touches on the universal feeling of wanting to take less space to avoid conflict or feelings of vulnerability. I appreciate how the Soul Notes incorporate lessons on setting boundaries and recognizing when shrinking serves as protection versus when it becomes harmful. This balance is essential for nurturing self-love and healthy relationships. Participating in journalling circles and community events adds a supportive layer to the experience. Sharing insights with others who are on similar paths fosters a sense of belonging and encouragement, which is often missing when journalling is a solitary practice. Plus, activities like tarot pulls and guided prompts make it fun and multidimensional. If you're considering joining or starting a mail club or journalling circle, I recommend focusing on themes that allow participants to explore layered emotions and encourage actionable insights—'Soulful' does this well. The addition of physical elements like activity cards and stickers further enriches the tactile experience. Finally, taking part in community showcases like Idea Fest offers a chance to meet fellow creatives and share your evolving journey in a vibrant, supportive environment. These opportunities highlight how entrepreneurial and artistic ideas can thrive through shared experiences. Overall, combining mail clubs with active journalling sessions creates a powerful ecosystem for self-discovery and healing.

You should start journaling in 2026 📖
As the new year approaches, I am trying to hold myself more accountable with managing my life. Whether it’s my personal or work life, I’ve decided that I should be more aware of what I’m feeling or experienced in my daily life instead of just going through the motions and trying to get by each day.

A Journal for When Things Feel a Bit Much
I made this journal because I realised I was always showing up for everyone else, but barely checking in with myself. Not in a deep way. Just moving through the days, feeling tired, frustrated, or lost, and not knowing where to even begin. Journaling became a space for me to slow down and really
