I be so attach to people….its crazy I do be obessed but I am picky
From my experience, being deeply attached to people often means my emotions run intensely whenever I connect with someone. This attachment can feel overwhelming, almost like an obsession, but it’s tied to how much I care and value deep connections. I’ve noticed that being picky is my way of ensuring that I invest my energy only in relationships that feel genuinely meaningful and respectful. There have been moments when my attachment felt too strong, especially when communication breaks down, as the OCR content suggests with phrases like “After she said she don’t want to talk to me no more.” Those moments can be really tough. Feeling that someone you care about distances themselves makes the attachment feel painful. However, this pickiness helps me protect my emotional well-being. It acts as a filter to avoid connections that might lead to such hurt. I’ve learned that being selective does not mean closing oneself off but rather prioritizing quality over quantity in relationships. Not everyone experiences attachment the same way. For some, it might come out as clinginess, for others, as fear of abandonment. Recognizing these patterns has helped me become more self-aware and manage my expectations realistically. Understanding and accepting this side of my personality has made me more mindful in relationships. It also reminds me of the importance of clear communication and mutual respect to build healthy bonds. For anyone who relates to feeling so attached but also picky, remember that it’s a journey of finding balance between emotional intensity and self-care.
