Signs I knew I had postpartum depression and what

I Felt Zero Bond With My Baby at First – Everyone talks about instant love, but I didn’t feel it. I even worried I was a “bad mom.”

I Secretly Hated Being a Mom Sometimes – I loved my baby, but I fantasized about locking myself in the bathroom just to cry alone.

I Felt Constant Guilt and Shame – I cried over stupid things and felt like I was failing at life, even when everything looked fine from the outside.

I Was Emotionally Numb or Angry for No Reason – I snapped at people I loved, and I couldn’t explain why. Feeling nothing was almost worse than feeling sad.

What Helped Me❤️

I would never say this out loud, but sometimes I’m just stubborn and ignore my body – and my mental health suffers because of it. I always think everything is “normal”… but it’s not. My bestie, who went through the exact same thing, recommended I start taking moringa.

I didn’t want to believe her, but seriously – everything changed after that. My hair stopped falling out, I don’t feel like a zombie anymore, and my sleep might be the best I’ve ever had. I have to say, even while breastfeeding, it helps SO much!

So, mom-friendly reminder: I take the one from Rosabella, which doesn’t cause any digestion issues, is 100% natural, and is forever in my Amazon cart. Lemme know if you want the next part!🤞🏼#postpartumdepression #pregnancy #momswithdepression #momsoflemon8
