YOU HAVE ACNE BECAUSE OF THIS!

1/6 Edited to

... Read moreFrom my personal experience dealing with acne, I've learned that the products and routines we choose can either help or worsen our skin condition. For example, I tried using a benzoyl peroxide wash daily, expecting quick results, but it actually increased redness and dryness because it was too harsh for my skin. Instead, incorporating a gentle moisturizer like Cerave Daily Moisturizing Lotion helped maintain my skin’s balance, keeping it neither oily nor flaky. I also found that exfoliating aggressively, such as with abrasive scrubs, triggered more breakouts and irritation. It’s better to opt for gentle exfoliation methods that remove dead skin gradually without causing inflammation. Using products like JiYu Dark Spot Remover Pads at night helped me fade dark spots without irritation, which is important when dealing with acne scars. Additionally, I discovered that washing the face too frequently or constantly switching products stressed my skin, delaying healing. A simple routine with a mild cleanser and moisturizer made a significant difference. Small habits, like splashing cold water in the morning, can also reduce redness and puffiness, especially after poor sleep or exercise. Overall, my journey taught me that understanding your skin type and choosing the right products—while avoiding over-treatment—is key to managing acne effectively.
