And barely no exercise.. Let me tell you how

We all know that consistency is key and how creating good habits are essential for success on our goals. We just don’t talk much how little changes can actually move you to the right direction.

Three months ago I was very unhappy with my figure and couldn’t wrap my head around of how I got to that point. I was eating okay and doing some sort of exercise. But I wasn’t consistent at all. I was just fooling myself that I was going to get that figure out with time.

Yes, time is so very important but you got to pay attention to what you are doing with it and that wasn’t my case.

So I decided to stop drinking for 3 months.

Didn’t change my diet and didn’t change my exercise program. Just no more drinking. That gave me enough motivation to get my old heat therapy out of the closet and start doing it once a week. It was just 15min and it wasn’t hurting anybody.

After a couple of weeks I was doing it more than just one time a week and was hooked. I was watching videos on how make my tummy skin look better and it was fun and nice to feel I was caring about myself.

I found the wood therapy method and immediately got interested and took action getting me a set (Amazon, babies) So, yes, I started once a week.

When you get to learn a bit of breaking fat cells with those tools you also (re)learn how important drinking water it is -you have to pee that fat out, right?

So drinking more water it is.

Fats forward, I am no longer interested in go back to drinking alcohol, have a consistent routine of heat and wood therapy, have been drinking more water than ever and got my new interest started: running.

Oh, and I got I few centimeters of my waist.

You don’t need to start big, start small and with something that you know you can stick with it. That will move you to the big jump. Make that little change, ladies. #tummytuck #changeyourlife #noalcohol #heattherapy #woodtherapy #smallchanges

However, my experience proves that small, consistent adjustments can yield remarkable results. Over the past three months, I embraced a no-alcohol routine, which paved the way for healthier habits. I began incorporating simple heat therapy sessions and explored the benefits of wood therapy to enhance my body’s natural contours. These methods not only improved my waistline but positively influenced my mindset and motivation. Throughout my journey, I realized the necessity of staying hydrated and how it plays a crucial role in flushing out toxins and fat. It’s essential to prioritize water as it aids metabolism and overall well-being. Furthermore, setting realistic and achievable goals can bolster your progress. Instead of overwhelming yourself with expectations, starting small can lead to lasting change—I found that even 15 minutes of good self-care each week made a significant difference. Additionally, engaging with your community through platforms focused on wellness, like Lemon8, can provide support and inspiration. Sharing experiences and insights with others on similar journeys can enhance your motivation and accountability. Remember, transformation is not just about the physical aspect; it’s a holistic approach that involves nurturing your mental and emotional health as well. Start your journey even if it begins with a single step—focusing on small changes can ultimately lead to substantial improvements over time. Make that little change, ladies, and watch your life transform!
