No diet • Barely any exercise -3 months difference

Also- no alcohol. That’s important to remember.

I know I still have a way to go to achieve the perfect abs or even a nice and “flat tummy” But, do we see the difference?

A time ago I didn’t even know if I would get to that. And let me tell you, with no diet and no exercise on the table like I was doing before, I wouldn’t.

No, I didn’t follow a diet and I didn’t follow an exercise program during these 3 months, but I DIT SOMETHING.

Consistently.

Honestly, I’m just making this post because all the effort I put during those three months paid off- I saw some results- and that’s a win.

It makes me go bold about: Every effort counts.

I started with something small, stayed consistent and now I have a solid self care routine. Not to mention how excited I am to start moving my body again.

The routine established (because it didn’t started like this) was:

Infrared heating therapy 2x a week

Wood therapy 1x a week

When I first started I was only doing the infrared once a week and it took me at least few weeks to follow into that.

Hooray to the baby steps!

Now my next goal is to do to both, a mini abs workout and go for a run every day for 5 days.

How much can I change my body like this?

Should I record my progress and do a before and after?

... Read moreIncorporating non-traditional methods like infrared heating therapy and wood therapy can yield surprising results in body transformation. Infrared therapy aids in detoxification and improves skin tone, while wood therapy promotes lymphatic drainage and can help reduce stubborn fat deposits. Additionally, consistency and a positive mindset are key; small, gradual changes can pave the way to significant results over time. It's essential to establish a self-care routine that resonates with you and your lifestyle. With dedication and patience, achieving a toned physique becomes an attainable goal, even without strict dieting or heavy workouts. Moreover, documenting your progress through before-and-after photos can provide motivation and serve as a record of your journey. Whether aiming for a flat tummy or simply improving overall wellness, remember: every little change adds up, and the right approach can lead to lasting transformation. So, embrace the process and celebrate every achievement along the way!
