Shrinking 2cm around my tummy? Heck yeah!

So I did a little thing!

I told myself I would do a 5 days challenge to see if I could get any results and followed through.

Bonus: I got positive results!

I know, I know. You can barely see the difference, but hey, it was only 5 days. Very Fun days.

First- I had PTO (no vacation plans) and I just wanted to make the most out of it. So I took care of myself - intensively. Haha

The main things for me were to keep on going with what I had established- My wood and infrared therapy, start with lifting exercises but focusing on my tummy area, get back to running and build a supplemental routine to pair with my new fitness goals.

My routine was:

Take creatine, BCAA and L-carnitine

Wood therapy followed by infrared therapy before gym

Abs workout followed by running

Shower (because we are hygienic)

B-flat firming cream

Take protein shake

-For five days in a row-

*The last day was my *rest day* and I didn’t exercised (my core was very tired and I was about to get my period so ~ugh.

I didn’t change my diet and the most important- I didn’t starved myself. (I eat okay, ladies)

AND I DRANK A TON OF WATER 💦 (so important)

My results:

I started the challenge weighing 140lbs - finished with 137.9lbs.

My measurements were:

-Start/ End-

Waist: 72.9cm/ Waist: 72.4cm

Bellybutton: 78.5cm/ Bellybutton: 76.2cm

Lower tummy: 85.5cm/ Lower tummy: 84.4cm

*I used a normal measurement tape

Am I happy? HECK YEAH!

And very much ready for the next *little* challenge :)
