🍋 how pilates transformed my life 🍋

I started my weight loss journey like anyone else, in the gym. i spent months weightlifting, HIIT cardio and stair master training just to stay around the same weight. the workouts i was doing always made me feel SO hungry so i basically would eat too much to lose but not too much to gain so i maintained . i decided to switch it up and try low intensity training and it has helped me so much ! i walk 10-12k steps a day and pilates at home. i’m down 10lbs so far ! 💗💗💗💗
