❤️Hey ladies ! It’s all hard to hip thrust at a gym where there are no free weights… ⭐️and the biggest issue with using a smith machine is not being able to push the bench to a wall ❤️so you can thrust freely without feeling like the bench is sliding( which can cause major back injuries!)
