At fairs, estate sales, flea markets, and antique shops, price is often more flexible than you think. The key is to be curious, respectful, and never assume the seller has to negotiate.
Start simple:
“Are you open to negotiating price?”
“Do you accept counter offers?”
“Would you consider a better price if I buy more than one thing?”
