Aged 18 Days Japanese Katsu just landed in Toronto

Saku — a popular katsu spot Saku from Vancouver has officially opened in Toronto.

They specialize in thick-cut, juicy pork katsu, using Duroc pork aged for 18 days for extra tenderness and flavor.

We tried: 🧀 Cheese Katsu — Juicy pork + soft melty cheese = pure happiness 🐷 Extra Rosu — Thick-cut, juicy, and super fragrant with that light crispy coat 🍤 Jumbo Ebi — Crisp outside, bouncy + firm shrimp inside

Plus: Cabbage, rice, & miso soup are free to refill 🥹🤍 And don’t skip their house-made sesame dressing — roasted aroma, rich & nutty, lowkey the star of the meal.
