A 4.9⭐ Vietnamese hidden gem in Scarborough Pho Golden Star (recommended by my Vietnamese friends) finally opened a north location, and it’s been open for only 6 months with a 4.9 rating on Google.
What we tried 👇 🦀 Crab Sticky Rice — crispy rice shell + fragrant sticky rice + house-made sauce… sweet & savory perfection. 🐐 Hot Stone Steamed Goat (8 mins) — super tender, not dry at all, with a subtle lemongrass aroma. I rarely see this anywhere else. 🍜 Hot Stone Pho w/ AAA Beef Ribs — 18-hour beef bone broth, generous toppings, tender ribs with rich beefy flavor but never greasy.
🥣 Singapore-style Frog Porridge — thick, comforting congee + a mildly spicy signature sauce… SO good.
