หลังจากอยู่กับทรงผมเดิมมาแสนนาน หลายคนอาจรู้สึกกลัวหรือไม่แน่ใจที่จะเปลี่ยนลุคใหม่เหมือนกันกับที่ผู้เขียนเล่าไว้ ว่าการทำเคมีผมหรือดัดผมเป็นเรื่องที่ต้องระวังโดยเฉพาะกับคนที่เคยทำสีผมบ่อย ซึ่งผมเองก็ประสบปัญหาเรื่องลอนผมติดยากเพราะผมผ่านการทำสีมาหลายครั้ง และครั้งล่าสุดก็เพิ่งทำสีเมื่อ 2 ปีที่ผ่านมา แต่เมื่อได้ลองเปลี่ยนแปลงด้วยการดัดผมจริง ๆ พบว่าผลลัพธ์นั้นคุ้มค่ากับความเสี่ยงที่กังวลไว้ เพราะนอกจากลุคจะดูแฟชันมากขึ้นแล้ว ยังรู้สึกเหมือนได้เริ่มต้นใหม่กับตัวเอง และยิ่งสำคัญคือ ช่วยเปิดมุมมองว่าการก้าวออกจาก Safe Zone ไม่ได้น่ากลัวอย่างที่คิด ผมอยากจะแนะนำใครที่ลังเลในเรื่องทรงผมใหม่ ลองไปคุยกับช่างผมมืออาชีพเพื่อให้คำแนะนำที่เหมาะกับสภาพผมและสไตล์ของคุณ และถ้าเป็นไปได้ควรเตรียมใจเปิดรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง เพราะสิ่งใหม่ ๆ ที่ดูเหมือนเสี่ยง อาจจะทำให้คุณรู้สึกมั่นใจและดูดีขึ้นกว่าที่เคย สุดท้าย การเปลี่ยนลุคไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องภายนอก แต่ยังเป็นเรื่องของความรู้สึกและตัวตนที่เติบโตขึ้น ที่สำคัญคืออย่ากลัวที่จะลอง เพราะบางครั้งสิ่งที่ดีอาจจะอยู่แค่เพียงก้าวแรกเท่านั้นเองครับ!
