One thing I stand on is having privacy and a filter in life. I am a big believer in not letting everyone know what’s going on with you.
To do this, I simply take me a walk or a drive and LET LOOSE. I wouldn’t care if people recorded me and reported me. I will NEVER be messy and put my or anyone else’s tea online or even in my phone too explicitly. There’s always multiple sides to the story so sometimes you need to rethink yours.
A paranoid and guilty individual will always see you venting and ranting as you going hard on them. People don’t always know what you think they do.
I see alot of rants and mess online and that’s cool to watch but it ain’t never been my cup of tea to sip. And keeping quiet and imploding not on the agenda. The thoughts will always come out—one way or another. And if people wanna call me delulu and say I be talking to myself, so be it because if I said what I wanted to online or in person, it will not be NICE at all.
